The Council serves as staff to the Local Emergency Planning Committee, which holds public records on hazardous substances at facilities in the region under the federal Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act.

Those records are not here and nothing on this site replaces them. Use the Council's current site at arpc.org or the appropriate county emergency-management website for current public information.
